Fare Audit, Inc. works directly with your company's travel agencies and all global distribution systems to provide you with an INDEPENDENT, THIRD-PARTY travel audit service. Each day, Fare Audit accesses Passenger Name Records (PNRs) that were booked for your company. Each reservation is reviewed with the following objectives:
- Ensure that the fare booked is the LOWEST FARE AVAILABLE at the time of booking and ticketing of that itinerary.
- Identify all air travel reservations that may be altered in accordance with your travel policy to FURTHER REDUCE YOUR COMPANY TRAVEL COSTS.
- Convert to these alternate schedules with the approval of the traveler to further reduce costs.
